Casual Attendance

Please note: AML Golden Sands Studios permits the 1st Open Group belly dance lesson for all newcomer belly dance students to be paid as a once-off casual payment as a trial lesson. Thereafter all newcomer students who choose to continue classes will be required to pay the a full-upfront payment of a more cost effective Open Group Lesson Package.

NB: Should a student decide to insist on Casual Attendance then payments of a Casual Attendance rate will be applicable thereafter.

Open Group Lesson Package Attendances:

Please note also All students are required to attend at least a minimum of 1 Open Group class per WEEK!!! Failure to attend one lesson minimum per week warrants the right for the studio director to deduct 1 lesson from the student’s lesson package each time a week is missed.

In case of severe illness (thus incapacitating the student

from class participation) the student individual is allowed 1 week (ONLY!!!) of no lesson deduction and must notify the teacher at least a minimum of 8 hours or more prior to lesson time and present a doctor’s certificate as proof of illness to avoid lesson deductions from the package.

If because of special personal commitments (eg. holidaying, family engagements,
alternating workshifts, work travel, etc.) a student individual will need to skip a weekly class attendance then Belly Dance AML Golden Sands Studios permits
and allows the student individual a lesson deduction EXEMPTION of 1 week (ONLY!!!) within a given period of absence with a conditioned requirement of 1 week’s minimum compulsory notification to the teacher.

For Private Individual Booking Cancellations the student individual must notify

the teacher at least a minimum of 8 hours or more prior to lesson time. Should the student individual cancel less than 8 hours prior to lesson time a private late cancellation fee of $40.00 will be enforced as a compulsory payment from the student’s part to the Belly Dance AML Golden Sands Studios. In the case of failure to attend a "Private Individual Lesson" without any prior notification whatsoever, a failure-to-turn-up fee of $40.00 will incur on the student’s behalf to be paid to the Belly Dance AML Golden Sands Studios. Failure to comply warrants the director of the studio the right to cease belly dance services with the student individual on a permanent basis.

In the case of Private Group Booking Cancellations the teacher must be notified at least a minimum of 8 hours or more prior to lesson time otherwise a Late cancellation fee of $20.00 per person will be enforced as a compulsory payment from the students’s part to the Belly Dance AML Golden Sands Studios. Failure to comply warrants the director of the studio the right to cease belly dance services with the student individual on a permanent basis.

For Private Hens Party Bookings a Non-Refundable Payment is required to be paid and forwarded to Belly Dance AML Golden Sands Studios in order to lock in a booking for an agreed Hens Party time slot (minimum 1 week) prior to the date of class time booking.

NB: Under no circumstances is there a refund of the booking payment!!! should the booking party fail to turn up to the required appointment. Belly Dance AML Golden Sands Studios does not assume responsibility and is not obliged to refund any part or full amount of the booking payment.

In the case of Private Hens Party Booking Cancellations under no circumstances is there a refund of the booking payment if the booking party has failed to notify the director of an intended booking cancellation without a minimum of one week or more prior to the class time
date !!! Should the booking party wish to cancel the Private Hens Party appointment Belly Dance AML Golden Sands Studios does not assume responsibility and is not obliged to refund any part or full amount of the booking payment.

NB: The studio does guarantee and commit wholeheartedly, however, to providing the full services of the Hens appointment as was originally agreed.

Hens Party clientele lateness does not oblige the Belly Dance AML Golden Sands Studios to recuperate lost appointed class time. Teacher lateness, however, will not detract from the clientele’s appointed class time.
